400G QSFP112 DR4
Form Factor: QSFP112
Wavelength: 1310nm
Electrical Modulation: 4x106.25Gb/s PAM4

Our 400G QSFP112 DR4 optical transceiver is engineered to meet the escalating bandwidth demands of modern data center interconnects, offering a robust and efficient solution for medium-reach applications.
This module, identified by part number MCQ-6PS3CC-5H, delivers an aggregate data rate of 425 Gbps using four electrical and optical lanes, each operating at 106.25 Gbps with PAM4 modulation. It is designed in the compact QSFP112 form factor and supports a link length of 500 meters over single-mode fiber via an MPO-12 connector. The transmitter incorporates a SIP (Silicon Photonics) based design, while the receiver utilizes a PIN photodiode, both operating at a 1310nm wavelength for optimal performance. With a typical power consumption of 10W and a 3.3V power supply, it balances high performance with energy efficiency.
Fully compliant with key industry standards including IEEE 802.3bs, the QSFP112 MSA, and CMIS 4.0, the DR4 ensures broad interoperability. It operates reliably within the standard commercial temperature range of 0℃ to 70℃.
Ideal for spine-leaf connections and intra-data-center links, the 400G QSFP112 DR4 provides a future-proof, high-density building block for upgrading network infrastructure to 400G, combining proven reliability with next-generation throughput.
Established in December 2020, Macrochip Technology Co., Ltd is a high-tech corporation dedicated to R&D and manufacturing of silicon photonics chips and optical transceivers for data center and 5G Network. With the headquarter in Quanzhou, Fujian Province, Macrochip also set up branch offices in Beijing Zhongguan Village and Wuhan Optical Valley.

Macrochip invested 350 million RMB to build a 3500 square meter cleanroom facility in Quanzhou, China, which includes over 100 sets of various instruments and equipment. It can perform various processes such as chip testing, die attach or die bonding, wire-bonding, alignment, burn-in, module ASSY, and module testing. Macrochip has an annual production capacity of 200,000 high-speed optical modules.
